Charlie Wilson's War tells such an unbelievable true story about one man's mission to fight the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan - and why the man fighting it doesn't seem to fit, either - that it's hard to tell what's patently true and what you should take with a grain of salt. Tom Hanks stars as Texas Congressman Charlie Wilson, and Julia Roberts may get second billing, but Philip Seymour Hoffman blazes a trail of his own, stealing the movie from two of the biggest movie stars of all time. And to add to the pedigree, Charlie Wilson's War was written by Aaron Sorkin and directed by Mike Nichols. The good news about our DVD contests is that they're open to anyone anywhere in the world; we had a winner from England not too many months ago, and Mexico and Germany have also won. In the U.S., Florida won our most recent contest, but I think three or four other states have been well represented. So, send us an answer to the following Ridiculously Easy Movie Trivia, and your chance is as good as anyone else's. But first, the trailer:
Here's your question: Tom Hanks is one of only three actors to ever have seven straight movies gross $100 million. Who are the other two? Send us your answer by Thursday, May 1st at midnight by e-mailing The Big Picture and we'll pick our winners at random. Remember to tag your e-mail with a physical mailing address so we can get you your shiny new DVD.
